We only offer exchanges for products that have a manufacturing defect, incorrect items received, or products damaged during transit.

  • A package opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
  • No package opening video means the exchange request will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Minor variations in color, measurements, or product appearance are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Customized products, including items with printed names, numbers, or personalized details, are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Size exchanges are not available after order confirmation. Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, storage, or washing are not eligible for exchange.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact for exchange approval.
  • Exchange requests submitted without sufficient proof, images, or videos may be rejected.
  • Shipping and delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
  • Approved exchange requests may take approximately 5–7 business days to process.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information while placing the order.
  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
  • Slight differences in logo placement, stitching, fabric texture, or printing alignment may occur during manufacturing and are not considered defects.
