  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Customers are requested to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.
  • Minor variations in color, print, or measurements are not eligible for refund claims.
  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be provided for orders affected by incorrect addresses or contact details supplied by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, washing, storage, or handling are not eligible for refunds.
  • Any issue regarding an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted for rejected, refused, or unaccepted deliveries.

  • Once customization work has commenced, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
